在总结江西近年林业改革所取得成效的基础上，分析了改革中存在的林业产业竞争力不强、林业融资渠道不畅、林业科技支撑乏力等问题。在进一步深化江西林业改革过程中，建议应围绕全国生态文明先行示范区，着力推进绩效考核、资源管理、林权流转、生态补偿4项体制、机制创新，推动国有林场、金融服务、科技支撑、市场规模4个升级，重点建设国家生态文明、区域间横向生态补偿、产学研一体化、林下经济4类示范区，为建设富裕、和谐、秀美江西提供有力保障。

Based on the summary of the benefits derived from the forestry reform in Jiangxi in recent years , this article analyzed some existent problems in the reform , including weak forestry industrial competitiveness , blocked forestry financing channels , and feeble forestry science and technological support .In order to further deepen the forestry reform , and provide powerful guarantee for the construction of rich , harmonious and beautiful Jiangxi , the author put forward the following proposals:industriously boosting the system and mechanism innovations of performance appraisal , resource management , forest property circulation and ecological com-pensation, promoting the upgrading of state-owned forest farms, financial services, science and technological support ,and market scale, and emphatically building four kinds of demonstration areas , namely national ecological civilization area , interregional ecolog-ical compensation area , industry-university-research cooperation area , and under-forest economy area .
