目的 探究微创踝关节融合术治疗创伤性踝关节炎的效果.方法 62例创伤性踝关节炎患者, 均行微创踝关节融合术, 对临床效果进行分析.结果 术后6个月、1年患者AOFAS踝-后足评分与Mcguire踝关节评分均高于术前(P<0.05);术后未发生严重并发症, 1年后X线片显示62例均骨性融合.结论 微创踝关节融合术治疗创伤性踝关节炎疗效确切, 可显著改善患者踝关节功能.

목적 탐구미창과관절융합술치료창상성과관절염적효과.방법 62례창상성과관절염환자, 균행미창과관절융합술, 대림상효과진행분석.결과 술후6개월、1년환자AOFAS과-후족평분여Mcguire과관절평분균고우술전(P<0.05);술후미발생엄중병발증, 1년후X선편현시62례균골성융합.결론 미창과관절융합술치료창상성과관절염료효학절, 가현저개선환자과관절공능.
Objective To investigate curative effect by minimally invasive ankle arthrodesis for traumatic ankle arthritis.Methods All 62 patients with traumatic ankle arthritis underwent minimally invasive ankle arthrodesis. Their clinical effects were analyzed.Results In 6 months and 1 year after surgery, the patients had all better AOFAS ankle-metapedes score and Mcguire ankle score than those before treatment (P<0.05). There were no severe postoperative complications. All the 62 cases had synostosis showed by X-ray after 1 year. Conclusion Minimally invasive ankle arthrodesis contains precise effect in treating traumatic ankle arthritis, and it can remarkably improve ankle function.
