针对目前民爆器材生产线门禁式定员监控系统存在的使用不便、识别率低、易漏报等问题,设计了一套以RFID技术与视频人像识别技术为基础的监控系统,实现对民爆器材危险作业场所自动进行人员识别与统计、图像抓拍、超员报警等功能.该系统将RFID技术与视频人像识别技术结合,打破了长期以来依靠红外感应进行计数的模式,使系统更具实用性及先进性.测试结果证明,该系统满足相关行业政策和标准要求,适用于民爆器材危险作业场所的智能化管理.

To eliminate the defects of inconvenient application,low recognition rate,etc. existing in the entrance guard type personnel quota monitoring system currently used in the civil explosive equipment production line,a monitoring system with functions of automatic personnel identification and counting,image capture and overman alarm was designed,which is based on RFID technology and video portrait identification technology. In combination with RFID technology and video portrait identification technology,this system broke though the counting mode relying on infrared sensors for a long time,which makes the system more practical and advanced. The test results show that the system meets the related industry policies and standards , and is suitable to the intelligent management for hazard workplace of civil explosive equipments.
