采用高温堆制的方法对养猪发酵床废弃垫料进行处理,研究了外源菌剂的添加对堆肥效果的影响。结果表明:添加外源菌剂可使堆体提前1 d进入55℃高温期;添加外源菌剂对堆体含水率、pH值、总氮、全磷及重金属含量影响不大;添加外源菌剂可以显著提高堆肥浸提液中大白菜的种子发芽指数,在堆制15、30 d后,处理组的种子发芽指数分别为88.33%、98.74%,对照组的分别为62.66%、84.93%。
採用高溫堆製的方法對養豬髮酵床廢棄墊料進行處理,研究瞭外源菌劑的添加對堆肥效果的影響。結果錶明:添加外源菌劑可使堆體提前1 d進入55℃高溫期;添加外源菌劑對堆體含水率、pH值、總氮、全燐及重金屬含量影響不大;添加外源菌劑可以顯著提高堆肥浸提液中大白菜的種子髮芽指數,在堆製15、30 d後,處理組的種子髮芽指數分彆為88.33%、98.74%,對照組的分彆為62.66%、84.93%。

The waste bedding material for pig-raising was composted through high-temperature fermentation , and the influence of adding exogenous microbial agents on the composting efficiency was studied .The results showed that adding exogenous microbial agents could make the compost body enter 55℃high-temperature stage 1 day earlier , but it had little influences on the water con-tent, pH-value, and the contents of total nitrogen , total phosphorus and heavy metal elements of the compost body .Adding exoge-nous microbial agents could significantly enhance the seed germination index of Chinese cabbage in the extraction liquid of the com -post;on the 15th and 30th day after the beginning of composting , the seed germination index of Chinese cabbage in treatment group was 88.33%and 98.74%respectively, while that in control group was 62.66%and 84.93%respectively.
