教研室绩效考核作为高校教研室建设与管理过程当中的重要环节,越来越被各高校所重视,建立了与之相适应的考核评价体系和制度,绩效考核的效果十分显著;然而在考核的具体实施过程当中,的确也遇到了很多问题。本文结合作者多年的教研室管理工作,分析了教研室绩效考核存在的一些问题,并提出了改善绩效考核效果的对策。

Department of performance appraisal as an important part of the construction and management of university teaching and research section of the process, more and more coleges and universities pay attention to establish the system, and performance evaluation system to adapt with it, the performance appraisal of the effect is very significant; however, in the specific implementation process assessment, indeedencountered many problems. This paper is based on the laboratory management work of the author for many years, analyses some problems in teaching and research sectionof performance assessment, and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the performance appraisal effect.
