目的观察丹红注射液治疗盆腔炎的临床效果.方法 100例盆腔炎患者, 随机分为对照组和观察组, 每组50例, 均给予广谱抗生素常规治疗, 在此基础上, 观察组加用丹红注射液治疗, 比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后部分血液流变学以及近期复发率情况.结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);红细胞沉降率、红细胞压积的改善程度都明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论丹红注射液联合广谱抗生素治疗盆腔炎疗效显著, 值得推广应用.
목적 관찰단홍주사액치료분강염적림상효과.방법 100례분강염환자, 수궤분위대조조화관찰조, 매조50례, 균급여엄보항생소상규치료, 재차기출상, 관찰조가용단홍주사액치료, 비교량조림상료효、치료전후부분혈액류변학이급근기복발솔정황.결과 관찰조환자치료총유효솔명현고우대조조(P<0.05);홍세포침강솔、홍세포압적적개선정도도명현우우대조조(P<0.05);관찰조치료후복발솔명현저우대조조(P<0.05).결론 단홍주사액연합엄보항생소치료분강염료효현저, 치득추엄응용.
Objective To observe clinical effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. They all received broad-spectrum antibiotics for treatment, and the observation group received additional Danhong injection. Clinical effect, partial hemorheology before and after treatment, and short-term recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had much higher total effective rate than the control group (P<0.05), and it also had better improvements of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hematokrit than the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate was obviously lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Danhong injection and broad-spectrum antibiotics provides remarkable effect in treating pelvic inflammatory disease, and this method is worth promoting and applying.
