选取食用菌生产中常用的6种杀菌剂,对木霉抑菌效果进行抑菌试验。结果表明,每种杀菌剂的6个稀释浓度对木霉的抑菌效果不尽相同,高效绿霉净与菌宝使用浓度与抑菌效果呈正相关,而其他4种杀菌剂浓度在0.2%~0.3%之间抑菌作用差异不大,与其他低浓度有显著差异。6种杀菌剂对木霉的抑菌作用为:高效绿霉净>克霉灵>菌宝、多菌灵>霉菌克星、百菌清。
選取食用菌生產中常用的6種殺菌劑,對木黴抑菌效果進行抑菌試驗。結果錶明,每種殺菌劑的6箇稀釋濃度對木黴的抑菌效果不儘相同,高效綠黴淨與菌寶使用濃度與抑菌效果呈正相關,而其他4種殺菌劑濃度在0.2%~0.3%之間抑菌作用差異不大,與其他低濃度有顯著差異。6種殺菌劑對木黴的抑菌作用為:高效綠黴淨>剋黴靈>菌寶、多菌靈>黴菌剋星、百菌清。
선취식용균생산중상용적6충살균제,대목매억균효과진행억균시험。결과표명,매충살균제적6개희석농도대목매적억균효과불진상동,고효록매정여균보사용농도여억균효과정정상관,이기타4충살균제농도재0.2%~0.3%지간억균작용차이불대,여기타저농도유현저차이。6충살균제대목매적억균작용위:고효록매정>극매령>균보、다균령>매균극성、백균청。
The test of antifungal effect to Trichoderma was carried out by six kinds of fungicides commonly used on the production of edible fungi. The results showed that the antifungal effects onTrichoderma were not the same in six concentrations of each kind of fungicides. The antibacterial effect was positively related with concentrations of the high effective inhibitor and Junbao. While the antifungal effects of the other four kinds of fungicides with concentration between 0.2%~0.3% had little difference, and there were significant difference between above concentrations and low concentration. The antifungal effects of six fungicides onTrichoderma were as follows: the high effective inhibitor > Miconazole > Junbao and Carbendazim > Mold Nemesis and Chlorothalonil.
