建立分散液相微萃取-气相色谱法检测苹果汁中毒死蜱等6种有机磷农药残留。考察影响分散液相微萃取的因素,其中包括萃取剂、分散剂、萃取时间、盐浓度等。最终选定萃取条件为5 ml样品(苹果汁∶纯净水=1∶1)中加入1 ml分散剂丙酮(其中含有16μl萃取剂氯苯),轻轻震荡混匀后,在4000 r/min的条件下离心10 min,析出萃取溶剂氯苯后直接进入气相色谱仪进行分析。该方法操作简便,富集倍数高,灵敏度高,对环境无污染,可满足苹果汁中有机磷农药残留的快速测定。

In this study, a new method for the determination of six kinds of organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) in apple juice was developed by using dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) and gas chromatography–flame photometric detection (GC-FPD).Some important parameters,such as dispersant, extraction solvent, extraction time, salinity were investigated. Under the optimum extraction conditions(1ml acetone as dispersant with 16μL chlorobenzene as extraction solvent into the 5 ml sample; shaking gently ;centrifugation for 10 min at 4000 r), the performance of the proposed method was evaluated. The proposed method has the advantage of being quick and easy to operate, having high-enrichment and high-sensitivity, and protecting environment. It is good enough for fast analysis organophosphorus pesticides in apple juice.
