针对卫星导航系统空间信号完好性评估方面的研究不足的问题,本文研究了通过分析空间信号误差评估卫星导航系统空间信号完好性的方法,一方面,设计研制了相应软件,参与全球连续监测评估系统(iGMAS)的建设,实现了 GPS空间信号完好性性能的事后评估;另一方面,从空间信号完好性角度,统计与分析了多年 GPS 空间信号完好性性能。基于该平台利用近14年的精密星历、精密钟差和广播星历,对 GPS 进行长期的故障统计,异常分析和性能评估,并分析了完好性指标(故障概率、告警时延、SIS URE 告警门限、告警标志)的变化特征。

For the Satellite navigation systems signal-in-space(SIS)integrity assessment need more adequate research and verification,the methodology and software of SIS integrity assessment of GPS is studied by analyzing satellite navigation sys-tems signal-in space user range errors.On the one hand,the appropriate software was designed,participation in the construc-tion of the international GNSS Monitoring and Assessment System (iGMAS),achieving a ex-post evaluation of GPS SIS integ-rity performance;On the other hand,from the perspective of spatial signal integrity,years of GPS signal integrity perform-ance was statistical and spatial analyzed.With the precise ephemeris,the precise clock error and broadcast ephemeris,four pa-rameters related to SIS integrity service failure probability,alarm delay,SIS URE threshold,warning signs were also ana-lyzed,achieving long-term GPS failure statistics,exception analysis and performance evaluation.
