试验以花叶海棠的幼嫩茎段为外植体材料,经过消毒后接种在不同组合激素水平的MS培养基上诱导小苗。结果表明:①嫩茎在MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L培养基上诱导率最高,萌芽快,腋芽呈丛生型;②在不同配方的继代培养基中,MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L培养基的分化系数最高,试管苗叶色正常,玻璃化、褐化、变异等异常现象比率低;③复壮培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IAA 1.0 mg/L+ PP3332~4 mg/L+蔗糖9%;④在不同浓度的生长素中,1/2 MS+IBA 0.6 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+蔗糖1.5%培养基生根率最高,且生根时间最短,根系较发达,长势良好;⑤在移栽试验中,基质(草炭∶珍珠岩)配比为2∶1的移栽苗生根时间短,生根率最高,生长情况良好。

시험이화협해당적유눈경단위외식체재료,경과소독후접충재불동조합격소수평적MS배양기상유도소묘。결과표명:①눈경재MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L배양기상유도솔최고,맹아쾌,액아정총생형;②재불동배방적계대배양기중,MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L배양기적분화계수최고,시관묘협색정상,파리화、갈화、변이등이상현상비솔저;③복장배양기위MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IAA 1.0 mg/L+ PP3332~4 mg/L+자당9%;④재불동농도적생장소중,1/2 MS+IBA 0.6 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+자당1.5%배양기생근솔최고,차생근시간최단,근계교발체,장세량호;⑤재이재시험중,기질(초탄∶진주암)배비위2∶1적이재묘생근시간단,생근솔최고,생장정황량호。
Young stems ofMalus transitoria (Batal.) Schneid were used as explants to induce planlets in MS media with different levels of hormone. Results indicated that: the induction rate of stem was the highest in the medium of MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L; differentiation coefficient was the highest in the medium of MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L; MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L + PP333 2~4 mg/L+ cane sugar 9% was the best medium for seeding growth. For transplanting experiment, the treatment with substrate (peat: perlite) ratio of 2:1 expressed the short rooting time, the highest rooting rate and the good growth.
