为了给不同香型烟叶的区域划分及烟叶品种种植提供理论依据,分析了全国14个省份的13个品种的烤烟样品中的主要多酚、有机酸及致香成分与香型的简单相关关系,并利用与香型显著相关的化学成分,对不同产区烟叶进行了聚类分析,在聚类分析的基础上进一步对香型与产区、品种进行了简单对应分析和多元对应分析。结果表明:芸香苷、草酸、2,4-庚二烯醛、巨豆三烯酮A、巨豆三烯酮B这5个指标与香型具有高度相关关系,可用来表征烤烟香型特性。我国烤烟的香型主要分为3类,清香型烤烟主要分布在云南、四川、福建;中间香型烤烟主要分布在贵州、重庆、黑龙江、湖北;浓香型烤烟主要分布在河南、湖南、安徽、广东;山东则是中间香型偏浓香型。产区对香气风格的影响比品种要大,省份产区与香型的相关系数为0.908,而品种与香型的相关系数为0.613。

In order to provide a theoretical basis for the regional division and planting of flue -cured tobacco varieties with dif-ferent aroma types , we analyzed the simple correlations of aroma type with main polyphenols , organic acids and aroma components in flue-cured tobacco samples of 13 varieties from 14 provinces .According to the chemical compositions which were significantly corre-lated with aroma type ,the author conducted a clustering analysis of tobacco leaves from different producing areas .Based on the clus-tering analysis , we further studied the relationships among aroma type , producing area and variety of flue-cured tobacco through simple correspondence analysis and multivariant correspondence analysis .The results showed that rutin , oxalic acid , 2,4-heptadien-al, megastigmatrienone A and megastigmatrienone B were highly correlated with aroma type , and these five indexes could be used to characterize the flavor characteristics of flue-cured tobacco .The aroma type of flue-cured tobacco in China could be divided into three kinds, the clear-aroma-type flue-cured tobacco was mainly distributed in Yunnan , Sichuan and Fujian;the intermediate-a-roma-type flue-cured tobacco was mainly distributed in Guizhou , Chongqing , Heilongjiang and Hubei; the enriched-aroma-type flue-cured tobacco was mainly distributed in Henan , Hunan, Anhui and Guangdong;the flue-cured tobacco in Shandong was be-tween intermediate-aroma type and enriched -aroma type.Producing area had a greater influence on aroma type than variety , and the correlation coefficient between aroma type and province-level producing area was 0.908, while that between aroma type and variety was 0.613.
