为研究红枣的热风干燥特性,分别考查了50℃,60℃和70℃干燥温度及0.5 m/s,1.0 m/s和2.0 m/s条件下整果红枣的热风干燥曲线和干燥速率曲线的相关规律,并对实验数据进行了统计和分析,建立了红枣热风干燥数学模型.在此基础上,设计实现了基于ARM的红枣干燥自动控制系统,系统测试结果表明:该系统可以满足红枣烘烤过程的温湿度自动控制要求,提高红枣干制品的质量.
為研究紅棘的熱風榦燥特性,分彆攷查瞭50℃,60℃和70℃榦燥溫度及0.5 m/s,1.0 m/s和2.0 m/s條件下整果紅棘的熱風榦燥麯線和榦燥速率麯線的相關規律,併對實驗數據進行瞭統計和分析,建立瞭紅棘熱風榦燥數學模型.在此基礎上,設計實現瞭基于ARM的紅棘榦燥自動控製繫統,繫統測試結果錶明:該繫統可以滿足紅棘烘烤過程的溫濕度自動控製要求,提高紅棘榦製品的質量.

In order to research the hot-air drying characteristics of red jujube,the correlative law of hot-air drying curves and drying velocity curves of red jujube are investigated at different temperature(50℃,60℃and 70℃)and air velocity(0.5 m/s, 1.0 m/s and 2.0 m/s). The experimental data is analyzed. The mathematical model of red jujube hot-air drying was established. The ARM-based automatic control system for red jujube drying were designed and implemented. The testing results of the system show that the system can meet the requirements of the temperature-humidity automatic control for red jujube drying ,and im-prove the drying quality of red jujube.
