目的 研究分析氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果.方法 以2012年3月~2013年9月来我院进行治疗的患者42名作为研究对象,均分为对照组和观察组,分别采用阿司匹林和阿司匹林与氯吡格雷合并进行治疗,比较治疗效果.结果 观察组患者发生心绞痛的频率明显低于对照组,治后三个月内发生心脏问题的人数也少于对照组.结论 氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果较阿司匹林单独用药好.

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of treating unstable angina pectoris by clopidogrel.Methods 42 patients who accepted treatment in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2013 were taken as the research objects and they were divided into the control group and observation group. In the control group, they were treated by aspirin while in the observation group, they were treated by combining aspirin with clopidogrel. The treatment effects were compared.Results The occurrence rate of angina pectoris in the observation group was evidently lower than that in the control group. In addition, the number of people who suffered from the heart diseases among 3 months after treatment in the observation group was less than the control group.Conclusion The clinical effect of treating unstable angina pectoris by clopidogrel is better than that by aspirin, thus.
