采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取德宏尤力克柠檬嫩叶和成熟叶的挥发油，并对挥发油进行GC／MS分析和卷烟加香评价。 GC／MS分析结果表明：德宏尤力克柠檬嫩叶及成熟叶的挥发油在提取得率、化学成分及含量上差异很小。尤力克嫩叶和成熟叶挥发油的提取得率分别为0．60％和0．58％，分离鉴定出44和40种化学成分，占总挥发性成分的98．24％和98．83％，其中共同化学成分38种。尤力克柠檬嫩叶和成熟叶挥发油中醛类物质分别占44．94％和42．65％，烯类物质分别占36．59％和41．26％，醇类物质分别占10．80％和10．21％，酯类物质分别占4．76％和3．27％。卷烟加香结果表明：在云烟（紫）叶组中添加0．01％的尤力克柠檬叶油后对卷烟香气和余味方面有着明显的改善作用。

The volatile oils of tender leaves and mature leaves of Eureka lemon grown in Dehong were extracted by the means of simultaneous distillation extraction , the volatile oil components were analyzed by using GC /MS, and their application in cigarette perfuming was evaluated .GC/MS analysis results showed that there was little difference in the extraction yield , chemical composi-tions and content of volatile oil between the tender leaves and mature leaves .The extraction yield of volatile oil from the tender leaves and mature leaves was 0.60%and 0.58%respectively, 44 and 40 chemical components were separated and identified separately , ac-counting for 98.24%and 98.83%of total volatile oil components .Among them, there were 38 common chemical components .In the total volatile oil components from the tender leaves and mature leaves , aldehydes accounted for 44.94%and 42.65%, alkenes ac-counted for 36.59%and 41.26%, alcohols accounted for 10.80%and 10.21%, and esters occupied 4.76%and 3.27%, respective-ly.The results of cigarette perfuming indicated that the aroma quality and aftertaste of cigarette were improved significantly when 0. 01%Eureka lemon leaf oil was added to its raw material ( purple leaves of Yunyan ) .
