目的 评价依达拉奉联合头部亚低温治疗脑出血的临床效果.方法 选择我院2013年3月~2015年2月收治的脑出血患者136例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组68例,对照组采用常规内科治疗措施,治疗组采用依达拉奉联合头部亚低温治疗,14 d后,比较两组临床疗效以及治疗前后血肿体积和神经功能缺损评分变化情况.结果 治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(91.18% VS 80.88%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血肿体积以及神经功能缺损评分均明显优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组治疗后血肿体积以及神经功能缺损评分改善更加明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 依达拉奉联合头部亚低温治疗脑出血可以更加明显的促进血肿吸收,神经功能得到改善,治疗效果显著.

Objective To evaluate the adr in joint head hypothermia clinical effect for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From March 2013 to February 2015 treated 136 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 68 cases in each group, control group using conventional medical treatment, the treatment group adopted pursuant to the adr with head hypothermia therapy, 14 d after comparing two groups of clinical curative effect and hematoma volume and neural function defect scale before and after treatment. Results Treatment group total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group (91.18% VS 80.88%), the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); The two groups after treatment of hematoma volume and neural function defect scale were significantly better than the before treatment, differences statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with the control group after treatment, the treatment group after treatment hematoma volume and neural function defect scale improve more apparent, statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion According to the adr with head hypothermia therapy cerebral hemorrhage can be more obvious promoting hematoma absorption, improve nerve function, treatment effect is remarkable.
