结合本科生实验教学的特点，将细胞转染技术改造成适合本科生实验教学的内容。将含有线粒体信号肽和 DsRed基因序列的载体MitoDsred转入 HeLa细胞，在荧光显微镜下检测到发出红色荧光的DsRed定位于线粒体基质中。该实验可以单独开设，也可以与其他实验技术组合成基础性或综合性实验开设。通过该实验可以帮助学生掌握细胞转染及蛋白亚细胞定位的相关知识，提高学生的动手能力和综合素质。

The cell transfection technique is commonly employed in the cell biology study .Undergraduate students majoring in Life Science should systematically master this technique .According to the characteristics of undergraduates’ experimental teaching ,to apply it in the experimental teaching for the undergraduates is adapted .Firstly ,the vector containing a fusion gene of mitochondrial signal peptide and DsRed was transferred into HeLa .Then ,DsRed was detected in mitochondrial matrix by fluorescence microscope .This experiment can be offered singly or unitarily with other experimental techniques as a basic or integrated experiment course . This can help students master the knowledge of cell transfection and protein subcellular localization ,and improve their operating ability and integrated quality .
