以聚甲氧基二甲醚合成原料为分类依据,介绍了几种聚甲氧基二甲醚合成工艺,分析了每种工艺的特点和存在的问题,指出无水生成和无水条件下反应以及原料价格是影响合成工艺能否顺利工业化的重要因素,采用甲缩醛与无水甲醛为原料合成聚甲氧基二甲醚工艺具有现实意义,开发新工艺降低原料成本应是今后的研究方向。

Processes based on different feedstocks for synthesizing polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers were introduced, and the characteristics and the existing problems of each process were analyzed. No water formation or existence during reaction and the price of raw materials were important factors that determined the prcecess whether could be sucessfully applied in industrial production, and developping the process of synthesizing polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers from methylal and anhydrous formaldehyde showed practical significance, however, reducing the cost of raw materials by developing new technologies should be done in future study.
