国内主要采用乙炔气相法工艺合成醋酸乙烯。该工艺以醋酸锌/活性炭催化剂,其经过近一个世纪的发展性能有了较大提高,但仍存在活性低、寿命短等方面的不足。本文从反应及失活机理、活性组分、载体、助催化剂及催化剂制备工艺等5个方面总结了乙炔气相法合成醋酸乙烯催化剂方面的研究进展。

In China, vinyl acetate (VAc) was produced mainly by gas phase synthesis from acetylene and acetic acid. The carbon-supported zinc acetate was used as the catalyst for this process, which had been greatly improved in past near a century, however, the disadvantages of low activity and short life were still in existence. Advances in research on the catalysts were reviewed, including the reaction and deactivation mechanisms, active components, supports, promoters and catalyst preparation.
