利用Aspen Plus化工流程模拟软件对酯交换法合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)流程进行模拟优化,得到该工艺中各塔的最佳操作参数,并分析了各塔中的温度分布及气液相流率。在此基础上,分别对选用不同萃取剂苯胺和乙二醇时该工艺流程的设备投资和年总费用进行计算分析。结果表明,苯胺做萃取剂时,可节约设备投资25.46%,年总费用降低了42.30%。

By simulating and optimizing the columns of the sythesis process of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) using Aspen Plus software, the optimum operation parameters were obtained and the profile of temperature and flow rate were analyzed, and based on which, the equipment investments and total annual costs of the synthesis process were analyzed by using aniline and ethylene glycol as extraction solvent, respectively. The results showed that using aniline as extraction solvent, the equipment investment could be saved by 25.46%and the total annual cost could reduce by 42.30%.
