学生参与高校师德师风监督是促进高校教师师德师风建设的重要途径。学生可以通过参与教师师德监督委员会、参与教师职称评审等方式对高校教师的政治立场、爱岗敬业、为人师表等方面进行监督。为确保学生参与高校师德师风监督的客观性和有效性，应在坚持构建和谐师生关系的前提下，增强学生的主动参与意识，并坚持反馈原则、多次监督原则及有限参与原则。
學生參與高校師德師風鑑督是促進高校教師師德師風建設的重要途徑。學生可以通過參與教師師德鑑督委員會、參與教師職稱評審等方式對高校教師的政治立場、愛崗敬業、為人師錶等方麵進行鑑督。為確保學生參與高校師德師風鑑督的客觀性和有效性，應在堅持構建和諧師生關繫的前提下，增彊學生的主動參與意識，併堅持反饋原則、多次鑑督原則及有限參與原則。
학생삼여고교사덕사풍감독시촉진고교교사사덕사풍건설적중요도경。학생가이통과삼여교사사덕감독위원회、삼여교사직칭평심등방식대고교교사적정치립장、애강경업、위인사표등방면진행감독。위학보학생삼여고교사덕사풍감독적객관성화유효성，응재견지구건화해사생관계적전제하，증강학생적주동삼여의식，병견지반궤원칙、다차감독원칙급유한삼여원칙。
The students’participation in supervising the teachers’morals in universities is an important way to promote the construction of such morals.Students may conduct their supervision of teachers’political standing,career dedication and good models for others through participation in the supervision committee of teachers’morals or in evaluation of teachers’pro-fessional titles.To ensure the objectivity and effectiveness of their participation,we should strengthen the students’active par-ticipation consciousness and stick to the three principles:feedback,multiple supervision and limited participation on the prem-ise of harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
