采用柠檬酸络合方法,在焙烧温度700~900℃下,制备得到了单一物相的钙钛矿型La1-xSrxCoO3-d(x=0.0,0.1)复合金属氧化物。利用XRD、TPR、XPS等方法对样品进行了表征。考察了Sr参杂和焙烧温度对催化剂催化甲烷燃烧活性的影响。结果表明,与LaCoO3样品比较,掺Sr样品具有较多的低温活性氧和较高的表面钴含量,因而表现出了较高的甲烷催化燃烧活性。在700~900℃焙烧温度范围,甲烷催化燃烧转化率随焙烧温度升高而下降。

Perovskite-type La1-xSrxCoO3-d (x=0.0, 0.1) composite oxides were prepared by citrate method and calcination at 700℃-900℃, and characterized by XRD, TPR and XPS. The effects of Sr doping and calcination temperature on the catalytic activity of the catalysts for combustion of methane were investigated. The results showed that compared with no Sr doping, the addition of Sr led to formation of more oxygen species with a higher reactivity at a lower temperature, and also to a higher content of cobalt on crystallite surface of the samples, which resulted in a higher catalytic activity for combustion of methane. The catalytic activity decreased with the increase of calcination temperature in the range of 700℃to 900℃.
