依据索尔维制碱法和侯德榜制碱法的基本原理,深入分析它们的区别和优缺点,通过改变反应条件、装置流程,进一步优化实验方案,最后根据优化的条件,以废旧器具如一次性注射器、青霉素药瓶等,精心设计相关微型实验,通过该实验的微型化设计,完成相关化工模拟的实验教学工作。
依據索爾維製堿法和侯德榜製堿法的基本原理,深入分析它們的區彆和優缺點,通過改變反應條件、裝置流程,進一步優化實驗方案,最後根據優化的條件,以廢舊器具如一次性註射器、青黴素藥瓶等,精心設計相關微型實驗,通過該實驗的微型化設計,完成相關化工模擬的實驗教學工作。

The actual industrial processes and their miniaturization in the chemical laboratory are an important experimental teaching means in the colleges and universities .Based on the basic principle of Solvay’s and Hou De‐bang’s soda production system ,the difference ,the advantages and disadvantages have been analyzed . Moreover ,the effect factors on soda ash preparation are quantitatively investigated ,and the experimental conditions is optimized by changing the reaction conditions and the installation process .Finally ,according to the optimizing experimental conditions ,by the utilization of waste materials ,such as disposable syringe and Penicillin bottle ,etc .,the experimental design of miniaturization has been completed .
