Obama%George Walker Bush%policies to Myanmar
因面临的国内外形势、外交理念及小布什与奥巴马的特征行为不同，美国小布什与奥巴马政府对缅政策策略呈现极大差异：前者以单边主义逻辑行事，强调意识形态，对缅实施单纯的制裁、孤立政策，强硬打压；后者倚重多边机制和国际合作，淡化意识形态，对缅实施制裁与接触并举政策，糅性施压。不同的策略产生了不同的成效。
因麵臨的國內外形勢、外交理唸及小佈什與奧巴馬的特徵行為不同，美國小佈什與奧巴馬政府對緬政策策略呈現極大差異：前者以單邊主義邏輯行事，彊調意識形態，對緬實施單純的製裁、孤立政策，彊硬打壓；後者倚重多邊機製和國際閤作，淡化意識形態，對緬實施製裁與接觸併舉政策，糅性施壓。不同的策略產生瞭不同的成效。
인면림적국내외형세、외교이념급소포십여오파마적특정행위불동，미국소포십여오파마정부대면정책책략정현겁대차이：전자이단변주의라집행사，강조의식형태，대면실시단순적제재、고립정책，강경타압；후자의중다변궤제화국제합작，담화의식형태，대면실시제재여접촉병거정책，유성시압。불동적책략산생료불동적성효。
Due to differences in both domesticate and foreign situation,diplomatic notion and behaviors,the policies to Myanmar held by George Walker Bush Government and Obama one are greatly different.The former conducted with unilateral logic and stressed ideology.To Myanmar,he only took sanction and isolation policies,and suppressed the country toughly. While the latter depends on the multilateral mechanism and international cooperation,becomes indifferent to ideology,and holds policies of sanction and contact.And he exerts pressure on the country mildly.Different strategies have lead to different effects.
