An introduction was made on the axis adjustment by turning the unit during A-grade maintenance of No.2 turbine generator unit of Youjiang Hydropower Plant,based on which the authors analyzed the unit axis and turning data as well as the problems of bearings such as inclined thrust ring,axis shift at upper position,improper guide bearing shell gap and excessive temperature rise.An introduction was also made on the solutions and adjust?ment results.
