如何培养国家需要的一大批创新能力强、适应社会发展需求的电子类卓越工程师，已经成为众多工科类高校不断探索的热点问题。结合我校电子类联合实验室近年来在学生培养方面的不断探索和研究，提出了联合实验室培养卓越工程师的主要措施：构建开放型联合实验平台、建立高水平的师资队伍、组建创新型学生团队、完善联合实验室运行机制。

How to develop a large number of electronics engineers with strong innovation ability ,to meet the needs of social development has become a hot topic of many engineering colleges and universities continuously exploring the problem .Combined with our school electronics joint laboratory in recent years in terms of students continuous exploration and research ,the joint laboratory measures are proposed to cultivate excellent engineer ,including building an open joint experimental platform ,the establishment of a high level of teachers ,the formation of an innovative student team and the perfect combination of laboratory operation mechanism .
