冷轧含油和乳化液废水因油和有机物含量高,对下游水体污染严重,成为冶金工业急需解决的废水处理难题。对冷轧含油和乳化液废水的处理工艺进行了研究,根据某冷轧厂废水特点,提出了对乳化液废水进行分质处理,再与含油废水一起进行深度处理回用的工艺,并分析了处理效果。

Oil-bearing and e mulsion wastewater from cold rolling has become a problem needing urgent solution in the wastewater treatment for metallurgical industry,because of their high contents of oil and organic matter and serious pollution to downstream water bodies. Therefore ,the treatment process of oil-bearing and emulsion wastewater from cold rolling has been studied. Based on the characteristics of the wastewater in a cold rolling mill ,it is put forward that the emulsion wastewater is to have separating treatment,and then,advanced treatment and reuse processes are to be done together with oil-bearing wastewater. The treatment effect has been analyzed.
