The paper used web site survey and content analysis methods to collect facts and ifgures in recent 5 years about employment status of graduates of iSchools members by logging on their homepages, and then analyzes the iSchools Graduates' employment situation, involving employment rate,job sector,job title,salary,the methods and timing of ifnding jobs,career satisfaction.Some features are concluded as follows: better job prospect for iSchools Graduates, wide ifled of employment, the inlfuence of classiifcation of iSchools, high career satisfaction and major-career relevance .
