针对某厂食糖精炼废水特点,设计了附加循环IC反应器。现场启动附加循环IC反应器处理食糖精炼废水,由于启动过程中水质、水量与设计参数相差很大,在有限条件下研究了启动效果。结果表明,反应器COD容积负荷可达5 kg/(m3·d)以上,出水COD在2000 mg/L左右,COD去除率达到80%左右,出水VFA的浓度变化更能体现反应器的运行状况。试验历时50 d,启动成功。
針對某廠食糖精煉廢水特點,設計瞭附加循環IC反應器。現場啟動附加循環IC反應器處理食糖精煉廢水,由于啟動過程中水質、水量與設計參數相差很大,在有限條件下研究瞭啟動效果。結果錶明,反應器COD容積負荷可達5 kg/(m3·d)以上,齣水COD在2000 mg/L左右,COD去除率達到80%左右,齣水VFA的濃度變化更能體現反應器的運行狀況。試驗歷時50 d,啟動成功。
침대모엄식당정련폐수특점,설계료부가순배IC반응기。현장계동부가순배IC반응기처리식당정련폐수,유우계동과정중수질、수량여설계삼수상차흔대,재유한조건하연구료계동효과。결과표명,반응기COD용적부하가체5 kg/(m3·d)이상,출수COD재2000 mg/L좌우,COD거제솔체도80%좌우,출수VFA적농도변화경능체현반응기적운행상황。시험력시50 d,계동성공。
Aiming at the characteristics of the sugar refining wastewater in a factory,an additional circulating internal circulation reactor has been designed,and the start-up of the additional circulating internal circulation reactor has already been accomplished on site. Since the water quality and water quantity are quite different from the designed parameters,the start-up effect is studied under limited conditions. The results show that the COD volume loading of the reactor can be more than 5 kg/(m3·d),the COD of effluent is 2 000 mg/L or so,and the COD removing rate can be about 80%. The change of effluent VFA concentration can better reflect the actual operating situation of the reac-tor. The start-up is accomplished successfully,after the experiments have lasted for 50 days.
