通过厌氧产甲烷毒性实验和活性污泥呼吸抑制实验,分别研究了不同浓度2,4-二叔丁基苯酚对活性污泥微生物的厌氧和好氧毒性。结果表明:当2,4-二叔丁基苯酚质量浓度<13.14 mg/L时,对厌氧微生物无抑制作用;其质量浓度为13.14~40.56 mg/L时,为轻度抑制;质量浓度为40.56~152.41 mg/L时,为中度抑制;质量浓度>152.41 mg/L时,为重度抑制。2,4-二叔丁基苯酚对好氧微生物的半数有效抑制浓度(EC50)为49.61 mg/L。2,4-二叔丁基苯酚为0~250 mg/L时,好氧毒性大于厌氧毒性,质量浓度>250 mg/L时,厌氧毒性高于好氧毒性。

The anaerobic and aerobic toxicities of activated sludge microbes affected by 2 ,4-di-tert-butylphenol with different concentrations have been studied respectively ,through anaerobic methanogenic toxicity tests and acti-vated sludge respiration inhibition tests. The results show that when the mass concentration of 2 ,4-di-tert-butylphe-nol<13.14 mg/L,it does not have any inhibition effect on anaerobic microbes. When the concentration of 2,4-ditert-butylphenol is 13.14-40.56 mg/L,slight inhibition takes place. When the mass concentration of 2,4-di-tertbutylph-enol is 40.56-152.41 mg/L,moderate inhibition takes place. And when mass concentration of 2,4-di-tertbutylphenol>152.41 mg/L,serious inhibition takes place. Half of the effective inhibition concentrations (EC50) of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol on aerobic microbes is 49.61 mg/L. When the mass concentration of 2 ,4-di-tert-butylphenol is 0-250 mg/L,the aerobic toxicity is higher than anaerobic toxicity,but when its mass concentration>250 mg/L,anaerobic toxicity is higher than aerobic toxicity.
