目的 分析研究肠内外营养对炎症性肠病治疗的临床效果.方法 随机选取2012年12月~2014年12月本院接诊的60例炎症性肠病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,各30例;对照组单纯进行药物治疗,观察组在此基础上进行肠内外营养.结果 对比两组患者的临床治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生几率,观察组均明显优于对照组(P < 0.05).结论 肠内外营养可提高炎症性肠病的临床治疗效果,降低不良反应发生几率.

목적 분석연구장내외영양대염증성장병치료적림상효과.방법 수궤선취2012년12월~2014년12월본원접진적60례염증성장병환자작위연구대상,수궤분위관찰조급대조조,각30례;대조조단순진행약물치료,관찰조재차기출상진행장내외영양.결과 대비량조환자적림상치료총유효솔이급불량반응발생궤솔,관찰조균명현우우대조조(P < 0.05).결론 장내외영양가제고염증성장병적림상치료효과,강저불량반응발생궤솔.
Objective To analyze the intestinal nutrition inside and outside the clinical effect of inflammatory bowel disease treatment.Methods Randomly selected from December 2012~December 2014 in our hospital departments of 60 cases of inflammatory bowel disease as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases; Control group pure drug therapy, observation group on the basis of intestinal nutrition inside and outside.Results The comparison of two groups of patients clinical total effective rate and the risk adverse reactions, observation group were significantly better than that of control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Inside and outside the nutrition can improve the effect of clinical treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, lower risk adverse reactions.
