近年来,水嘴的铅析出问题受到公众的广泛关注,引发人们对水龙头用水安全的恐慌,同时也引起各相关政府部门的重视。2014年,《陶瓷片密封水嘴》标准完成修订并发布实施,其中一项重要的变化就是增加水嘴中金属(包括铅)污染物析出的限量指标,及对其相应的实验方法进行规范。为探究影响水嘴中铅析出量的因素,给进一步改进水嘴质量提供参考,文中分析了水嘴中铅质量分数与铅析出量的关系,并阐述了水嘴铸造工艺对铅析出量的影响。

Recently,Lead extraction of faucets have gained widely attention, and the safety of tap water have caused a panic, and all relevant government departments payed more attention to it. In 2014, the Ceramic Cartridge Faucets( GB18145-2014 ) was modiifed and published. One important change is that this vision increases some indictors including lead extraction and its experimental method. For looking into the causes of lead extraction and looking for the way to improve faucets’ quality, the paper analysis the correlation between lead extraction and lead content of faucets, and describes the effect of the faucet casting process on lead extraction.
