Based on the analysis of development situation of modern service industry between Fujian and Taiwan, the article probes into the status of and the problems during the cooperation of modern service industry between Fujian and Taiwan, which are dealt with a new way of developing mode, in order to solve the existing problems and achieve mutual proifts.
