口语教学是英语教学过程中必不可少且至关重要的一门课程，提高学生英语听说交际技能是英语教学的根本任务，但是，不可否认传统英语口语教学存在诸多误区和不足，目前高职院校的英语口语教学存在诸多问题，严重影响口语教学质量的提高，其结果是经过专业训练了的学生在出身社会后仍然不能熟练无障碍的掌握英语口语。通过对高职英语口语教学中存在诸多问题进行分析，探讨开放型、创新型和任务驱动型的新的教学策略，有利于提高我国高职英语专业口语的教学水平。

Spoken language teaching is an necessary and fatal course during the teaching of English.To improve students' listening,reading and communication skill of English is the ultimate task of English teaching.But,it is undeniable that there are some misunderstandings and shortcomings in traditional English teaching.At present,many problems are existing in theteaching of spoken English inmanyhigher vocational colleges,which seriously impacts the teaching quality of spoken English and the result is that the students who have received profession alpractice still can not proficiently masteroral English.The analysis on the problems existing in the teaching of spoken English in higher vocational colleges,and theinvestigations into the new open,innovative and task-based teaching strategies would help to improve the teaching level of spoken English in English major in higher vocational colleges.
