旅游酒店业的发展需要较高素质的专业人才的加入，然而由于工作繁忙、休息时间少加上大众对酒店业的偏见，使得很多就业者不愿意进入酒店业，或进入后频繁跳槽，酒店业正面临人才吸引困境。文章分析了高星级酒店吸引人才难的原因并提出了吸引人才的策略。

The development of tourism andhotel industry require the involvement of professionalswith high quality. However,dueto the busy work,little rest timeand public prejudice against the hotel industry,a lot of people do not want to enter into hotel industry,or change jobs frequently.Hotel industry is faced with the difficulities in attractionof competent personnel.This paper analyzed the causesresulting in the difficultyin attracting competent personnel for the high star-levelhotels and put forward the strategies to attract competent personnel.
