猪瘟是严重危害养猪业的主要传染病之一。为科学防控该病，本文以近年来国内发表的相关文献为基础，结合中国动物卫生与流行病学中心主动监测的部分数据，详细阐述了我国猪瘟的流行现状和主要特点，即猪瘟疫情数逐年下降，猪瘟免疫抗体滴度不均，猪瘟病原检出率仍然居高不下，猪瘟流行毒株的基因型主要为2.1亚群，与其他病原多重感染比较常见等。并据此提出实施猪瘟净化计划、提升疫苗质量、强化猪瘟免疫、加强猪瘟抗体和病原的主动监测力度等防控建议。

Classical swine fever(CSF)is one of the main diseases endangering the pig industry. The current status and major characteristic of CSF were analyzed in detail in this paper based on the scientific papers published in recent years and our laboratory data for effective prevention and control of the disease. The results showed that the CSF incidence declined annually and the CSF antibody titer was uneven;CSFV was often detected in samples and multiple infections of CSFV with other pathogens were common. Molecular analysis revealed that the main type of gene were still subgroup 2.1. Suggestions were put forward for the prevention and control of the disease,including implementation of the national classical swine fever eradiation plan,vaccine quality improvement,optimization of the immunization procedures,and surveillance of CSFV and its antibodies.
