日本高度重视动物疫病的防控工作，自1951年颁布《家畜传染病预防法》以来，经过多次的修订，目前形成了较为完善的动物防疫法律法规体系。本文介绍了日本动物防疫法律法规的基本情况及特点，分析了其中动物防疫工作的具体措施，为健全和完善我国动物防疫法律体系提供参考。

Japan attaches great importance to animal disease prevention and control work,and has achieved remarkable results since the promulgation of "Animal Infectious Diseases Prevention Law" in 1951. After several amendments,the law and regulation system of animal epidemic prevention become more and more perfect. In view of Japan's animal epidemic prevention law system and animal epidemic prevention management system is similar with our country,Japan’s animal epidemic prevention laws and regulations,and animal epidemic prevention measures were introduced in this paper,and the characters of the laws and regulations were analyzed for our country as references.
