本文针对当前县区小型生猪屠宰场“瘦肉精”现场快速检测中存在的采样随意、检测粗略、抽样单填写不规范等问题，从规范采样和检测过程的角度提出对策，为提升县区小型生猪屠宰场“瘦肉精”快速检测的科学性和规范性提供参考。
本文針對噹前縣區小型生豬屠宰場“瘦肉精”現場快速檢測中存在的採樣隨意、檢測粗略、抽樣單填寫不規範等問題，從規範採樣和檢測過程的角度提齣對策，為提升縣區小型生豬屠宰場“瘦肉精”快速檢測的科學性和規範性提供參攷。

In view of the problems of optional sampling,rough measurement and nonstandard preparation of sampling sheets in detection of“lean meat agents”in small scale pig abattoirs,countermeasures were proposed from the view-point of normalizing sampling and detection process in this article,expecting to provide references for rapid detection in a scientific and standard way .
