目的探讨康复消炎栓联合左氧氟沙星、微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果.方法 80例慢性盆腔炎患者, 随机分为观察组40例(康复消炎栓联合左氧氟沙星、微波理疗治疗)和对照组40例(单纯左氧氟沙星治疗), 对比两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果治疗后, 观察组的总有效率为95.00%(38/40), 显著高于对照组的80.00%(32/40), 两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康妇消炎栓联合左氧氟沙星、微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切, 能明显改善患者的临床症状, 值得推广应用.
목적 탐토강복소염전연합좌양불사성、미파리료치료만성분강염적림상효과.방법 80례만성분강염환자, 수궤분위관찰조40례(강복소염전연합좌양불사성、미파리료치료)화대조조40례(단순좌양불사성치료), 대비량조환자적림상치료효과.결과 치료후, 관찰조적총유효솔위95.00%(38/40), 현저고우대조조적80.00%(32/40), 량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 강부소염전연합좌양불사성、미파리료치료만성분강염료효학절, 능명현개선환자적림상증상, 치득추엄응용.
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with levofloxacin and microwave physical therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into observation group with 40 cases (Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with levofloxacin and microwave physical therapy) and control group with 40 cases (levofloxacin for single treatment). Clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the observation group had total effective rate as 95.00% (38/40), which was obviously higher than 80.00% (32/40) of the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with levofloxacin and microwave physical therapy provides precise effect in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. This method can remarkably improve clinical symptoms in patients, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
