目的 改进中药僵蛹的发酵方法,以提高其活性成分草酸铵的含量.方法 以蚕蛹为发酵基质,通过接入白僵菌液体菌种制备形成僵蛹.以草酸铵的含量为主要考察指标,结合基质转化率,研究不同接种量对发酵工艺的影响,并与生药僵蚕中草酸铵的含量进行比较.结果 与空白对照比较,随着白僵菌接种量的加大,僵蛹中草酸铵的含量增加,其中以接种量为 20%时含量达最大,为 7.72%,在 5% ~ 25%接种量范围内,僵蛹中草酸铵的含量均高于四个不同产地生僵蚕的含量.结论 该固体发酵法简单、易行、可控,不易污染杂菌,能有效地提高活性成分草酸铵的含量,制备形成的僵蛹某种程度上可作为僵蚕的代用品.
目的 改進中藥僵蛹的髮酵方法,以提高其活性成分草痠銨的含量.方法 以蠶蛹為髮酵基質,通過接入白僵菌液體菌種製備形成僵蛹.以草痠銨的含量為主要攷察指標,結閤基質轉化率,研究不同接種量對髮酵工藝的影響,併與生藥僵蠶中草痠銨的含量進行比較.結果 與空白對照比較,隨著白僵菌接種量的加大,僵蛹中草痠銨的含量增加,其中以接種量為 20%時含量達最大,為 7.72%,在 5% ~ 25%接種量範圍內,僵蛹中草痠銨的含量均高于四箇不同產地生僵蠶的含量.結論 該固體髮酵法簡單、易行、可控,不易汙染雜菌,能有效地提高活性成分草痠銨的含量,製備形成的僵蛹某種程度上可作為僵蠶的代用品.

Objective To increase the content of active constituent by improving the fermentative preparation method of Pupa Bombycis Batryticatus.Methods It was prepared with Bombyx mori L. as the substrate inoculated with the fungi,Beauveria bassiana(Bals.) Vuillant. Effects of different inoculation amounts on the fermentation technology were checked, with the content of ammonium oxalate combined with matrix conversion rate as the main indexes. Furthermore, the contents of fermentation products were compared with those of the crude drug, Bombyx Batryticatus.Results Compared with the control group, the content of ammonium oxalate in Pupa Bombycis Batryticatus was raised with the increase of inoculation amount. When the inoculation amount was 20%, the content reached the highest (7.72%). Within the range from 5% to 25% inoculation amount, the contents in fermentation products were all higher than that in crude drugs from four different producing areas.Conclusion The preparation technology is a simple and controllable method. It isn't easily contaminated and can increase the content of active constituent effectively. The product, Pupa Bombycis Batryticatus, prepared by this method will be the alternative of Bombyx Batryticatus to some degree.
