以历史负荷数据作为训练样本，通过训练网络，找出输入与输出之间的最优函数关系，也就是通过一定的训练算法使得各参数达到最优，建立支持向量回归模型，以此作为预测模型。

In this paper,historical load data was taken as the training sample,the optimal function relation between the input and output was found out through training network,that is to optimize each parameters through certain training algorithm and establish support vector regression model,abs take it as a prediction model.
