针对剩磁系数传统测试法的不足,提出一种双向直流法测取剩磁系数.省去测试前消磁这一步骤,对电磁式电流互感器进行正向激励,去激励,反向激励和激励操作,采集相关的励磁电压和电流信号,计算出激励过程中的磁通变化量从而测试到剩磁系数.基于此直流法研制了剩磁测量仪.通过对比试验和不确定度分析,结果表明,基于双向直流法的剩磁测量仪可以准确测取电磁式电流互感器的剩磁系数.

Aiming at the disadvantage of traditional test method for residual flux factors, this paper proposes a bidirectional DC method to measure residual flux factors. It omits the procedure of demagnetization before test, adopts positive excitation, de-excitation, negative excitation, and excitation on electromagnetic CT, collects relevant excitation voltage and current signals, and calculates the change of magnetic flux during excitation and thus obtains residual flux factors through test. Based on the DC method, a residual flux measuring instrument is designed. The comparison test and uncertainty analysis show that bidirectional DC test method based residual flux measuring instrument can accurately measure the residual flux factors of electromagnetic CT.
