目的对慢性乙肝患者抗病毒治疗的依从性进行研究.方法对于2013年11月~2014年11月接受抗病毒治疗的80例慢性乙肝患者进行问卷调查,内容包括患者的基本情况、健康信念和治疗依从性等.结果本组80例慢性乙肝患者的服药依从性良好,但是按时复诊检查、遵守健康行为依从性相对较差.对抗病毒治疗相关知识认知、健康信念、选择不同的抗病毒药物等都是影响乙肝患者治疗依从性的主要因素.结论在患者住院期间,要根据影响治疗依从性的因素,加强对患者的健康教育,提高慢性乙肝患者抗病毒治疗的依从性,提高治疗效果,降低不良事件的发生.
