目的 对结合患者应用不同的健康教育模式,分析探讨其对于结核防治的效果及影响.方法 选择我院2014年1月~2014年12月之间收治的96例肺结核患者作为观察对象,采用随机的方式将其分为观察组和对照组各48例.对照组患者采取常规的健康教育;观察组患者应用全程健康教育模式.分析对比两组患者对于结核病知识的认识程度、治疗的依从性、临床治疗效果和复发情况等.结果 与对照组患者相比,观察组患者对于结核病知识的掌握情况、疾病的治疗有效率等指标均具有显著的优越性,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论 在结核病患者治疗过程中对其采取全程健康教育模式进行干预,能够改善患者的认知水平,提高治疗效果值得在临床中进一步推广应用.

목적 대결합환자응용불동적건강교육모식,분석탐토기대우결핵방치적효과급영향.방법 선택아원2014년1월~2014년12월지간수치적96례폐결핵환자작위관찰대상,채용수궤적방식장기분위관찰조화대조조각48례.대조조환자채취상규적건강교육;관찰조환자응용전정건강교육모식.분석대비량조환자대우결핵병지식적인식정도、치료적의종성、림상치료효과화복발정황등.결과 여대조조환자상비,관찰조환자대우결핵병지식적장악정황、질병적치료유효솔등지표균구유현저적우월성,차이구유통계학의의(P < 0.05).결론 재결핵병환자치료과정중대기채취전정건강교육모식진행간예,능구개선환자적인지수평,제고치료효과치득재림상중진일보추엄응용.
Objective To analyze the effect and influence of the patients with different health education mode on the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis. Methods 96 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were selected fromJan. 2014~Dec. 2014, cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional health education, the patients in the observation group were treated with whole course health education model. Analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients with the knowledge of tuberculosis, treatment compliance, clinical treatment effect and recurrence rate, etc.Results Compared with the control group of patients compared to patients in the observation group for tuberculosis knowledge grasp of the treatment of the disease, the effective rate and other indicators have significant advantages, and the difference is statisticaly significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with tuberculosis of the take of whole course health education intervention, can improve the cognitive level of patients, improve treatment effect worth clinical further popularization and application.
