泵站自动控制在工业自动化控制领域中相对比较简单,但在工程实际应用中无人值守泵站全自动控制却由于种种原因,在稳定性、功能性上存在一定的问题.本文结合实践给出一种无人泵站全自动控制方案,其控制模式多样化,具有智能保护、短信通知等功能,不但降低了巡检人员工作强度,而且能确保巡检人员及时发现泵站故障情况.

Although pumping station automatic control in the field of industrial automation is relatively simple, in the practical applications, the guard -free pumping station control exist some problems in functionality and stability because of various reasons. This paper proposed an unmanned station full automatic control scheme by considering the practical applications. The control mode is diversified with intelligent protections, SMS notification and other functions. It not only reduces the work strength of inspection personnel, but also enables the inspection staff to find the fault situation of pumping station.
