目的 分析肿瘤放疗患者身体营养状况及生化指标的变化情况.方法按照数字随机法选取2014年03月~ 2014年11月于我院进行肿瘤放疗治疗的97例患者作为研究对象,在征得患者及其家属同意并签署相应知情同意书后,按性别及年龄将其分为4组,并以24 h回顾法对其进行为期3 d的饮食调查,从而分析其生化指标变化.结果 经调查、分析发现,男性组、女性组、>50岁组以及<50岁患者的不良营养率分别为20.0%、44.7%、61.4%、62.2%.各组患者的日均营养摄入结构与血象生化指标均存在一定的不合理性.结论 肿瘤患者在进行肿瘤放疗期间,必须保持营养结构均衡,以此有效确保生化指标能够,满足治疗要求.

Objective To analyze the changes of nutritional status and biochemical parameters in patients with tumor radiotherapy.Methods Randomly selected 2014 March to November 2014 in our hospital for tumor radiotherapy in the treatment of 97 patients as the research object, with the consent of the patients and their families to agree and sign the appropriate informed consent, according to sex and age wil be divided into four groups, and 24h after review method for a period of three days dietary survey, to analyze the changes of biochemical indexes.Results After investigation and analysis, the malnutrition rates of male group, female group, aged 50 years group and patients aged 50 years were 20%, 44.7%, 61.4% and 62.2% respectively. Each group of patients with daily nutritional intake structure and blood biochemical index are certain irrationality.Conclusion The tumor patients in the tumor radiotherapy, must maintain the nutritional structure balance, in order to effectively ensure that biochemical indicators can meet the treatment requirements.
