蓄电池作为核电厂的重要后备电源组成部分,在核电机组中起着至关重要的作用,但是在核电机组安装调试过程中,蓄电池组可能发生不同程度的阳极柱腐蚀现象。本文主要介绍导致蓄电池阳极柱腐蚀的主要原因及过程分析,并简要叙述核电厂铅酸蓄电池组的维护保养措施及调试期间的注意事项,降低蓄电池组阳极柱的腐蚀速率。

In nuclear power plants accumulator plays a vital role, it’s an important backup power supply of nuclear power plants.Howevre, during the installation processes and commissioning & at start-up period, the corrosion of accumulator anode terminals may occur in varying degrees. This paper describes the main causes and the analysis processes of accumulator anode terminals corrosion. Simultaneously, we also offer some brief descriptions of maintenance measures and precautions during commissioning,reduce the corrosion rate of accumulator anode terminals.
