基于Unity开发的虚拟现实、增强现实或游戏等产品，在运行过程中，需要进行实时渲染。产品的运行效率决定于场景的复杂程度，因此该产品开发过程中需要对场景进行优化。遮挡剔除技术作为一种场景优化技术，被Unity所支持。本文通过对Unity中Occlusion Culling的应用和Occlusion面板的设置，实现了使用遮挡剔除技术对unity场景的优化。
