强直性脊柱炎发病机制复杂，至今病因不明，医学界尚无根治方法。马王堆导引术有益于强直性脊柱炎的辅助治疗。文章在马王堆导引术干预强直性脊柱炎患者的教学过程中，植入了“导学———学导”的教学方法，取得了良好的教学效果，可为马王堆导引术的临床应用及强直性脊柱炎的辅助治疗提供参考。

The pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis is complex, since the cause is unknown, there is no cure in the field of medicine. Mawangdui guided exercises are beneficial for the adjunctive treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. This research introduces the guiding-learning method and the instructing method into the teaching process which using Mawangdui guided exercises to cure ankylosing spondylitis and achieves good results in teaching. The study can provide a reference for the clinical application of Mawangdui guided exercises and the adjunctive treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
