以钛酸四正丁酯、硝酸钆、硫脲为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Gd、S掺杂TiO2光催化剂。实验结果表明:少量Gd的掺杂能提高TiO2的光催化效率,掺杂过多Gd对光催化剂有抑制作用。当煅烧温度为650℃,钆、硫的掺杂比分别为0.2%、1.0%时,TiO2光催化剂效果最好,而且其光响应范围也明显拓展。 XRD表征表明,当TiO2锐钛矿晶型中掺杂少量金红石相时,Gd、S共掺杂TiO2光催化性能最好。

Gd/S co-doped TiO2 photocatalysts have been prepared with Ti (OC4H9)4,GdNO3,H2NCSNH2 as raw mate-rials by sol-gel method. The experimental results show that a small amount of Gd doping can improve the photo-cata-lysis effect of TiO2,but excessive Gd doping will inhibit the photo-catalysis effect. When the calcination temperature is 650℃,and gadolinium and sulfur doping ratios are 0.2%and 1%,respectively,the TiO2 photocatalysts have the best effect,and its light response range expands significantly. X-ray diffraction characterization shows that Gd/S co-doped TiO2 has the highest photocatalytic capacity when TiO2 anatase crystal formation is doped with a small amount of rutile.
