通过凹土对以活性艳蓝KN-R、活性艳红X-3B为代表的活性染料的吸附脱色研究,探讨了处理含活性染料印染废水用凹土的有机改性技术及工艺参数。研究发现,活性染料去除率随着有机改性剂中碳含量的增加而增加,改性效果排序为:STAC>CPB>CTAB>DTAC>TPA>TEA;考虑技术经济指标,优选CPB为有机改性剂;改性比为9%时,20 mL染料溶液中投加0.1 g CPB改性凹土对两种活性染料去除率均较高。

Based on the research on the adsorptive decolorization of activated dyes,such as activated Brilliant Blue KN-R and activated Brilliant Red X-3B ,with attapulgite. The modification techniques and technical parameters of attapulgite used for treating printing and dyeing wastewater containing activated dyes are discussed. It is found from the research that the activated dyes removing rate increases with the increase of C content in the organic modifier. The order of modification efficiency is as follows:STAC>CPB>CTAB>DTAC>TPA>TEA. In terms of technical &economic target,the optimized organic modifier is CPB. When the mass ratio of CPB to attapulgite is 9%,the remov-ing rates of the two kinds of activated dyes are both pretty high by adding 0.1 g of CPB modified attapulgite to 20 mL of dyeing wastewater.
